Yoga


Welcome to yoga! Union with the divine for sure! As we vanish into the seat of our posture we can feel the deep connection to our mind, body, and spirit. We begin to touch into the canvas of our yogic life one breath at a time and one moment at a time.
Starting yoga can be interesting, and difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Yoga, as with any practice we take on as a life path, will be another relationship fostered. The benefit of the relationship fostered in your yoga practice will be individual and varied, but much scientific research has been done in regards to the benefits of yoga. I will post some of the links and studies on yoga. This connection with yourself can bring rest, regeneration, intuition, insight, improved flexibility, and many health benefits, as well the potential to meet a host of new friends.
